With decades of experience implementing and managing programmes in non-governmental organisations and private sector, we have found out that most donors have neglected the funding for capacity development of the organisations they fund. Experience has proven that most projects don’t achieve the intended change or impact they want to see.
There is more the donor wants to see other than observing expenditures religiously budget line by budget line and producing good reports but with no impact after the project.
It’s because of this reason that ASURED international has deliberately come up with a programme specifically targeting implementing organizations looking at the programme team, finance team, HR team, the board, stakeholders, Government and the public
In many countries, there is friction between CSOs & Government, Donors & Government, and Donors & CSOs and CSOs &the public. This is because there is lack of awareness and transparence amongst them.
Therefore, the programme intents do the following to address the friction in order to deliver impact to the beneficiaries as intended by donors
